- 1. While we won't increase your renewal premium as a result of your claims activity, your annual premium may still increase in line with inflation and age.

- 3. The AXA group of companies have been providing cross-border health insurance plans since 1963.
- 4. As of 23rd March 2025, AXA Global Healthcare covers customers living in 176 countries and 24 territories.
- 5. The AXA Select medical provider network covers 192 countries and includes 2 million healthcare facilities where we can settle bills directly, as of February 2026.
- 6. Our pre-authorisation customer service line is open 24/7, 365 days a year, and other lines are open Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm (EAT). - 7. Calls may be recorded and/or monitored for quality assurance, training and as a record of the conversation.
- 8. Benefits vary by selected level (Standard, Comprehensive, Prestige, Prestige Plus).
- 9. Waiting periods apply for maternity and some optional benefits.
- 10. Coverage is subject to compliance with applicable regulations, including those of the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK, the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Kenya, and other local and international regulators.
